What does a support plan cover?

Hosting, security, backups, software updates, monitoring and a set amount of content edits each month — the exact mix depends on your plan.

Do you host my website?

Yes, managed hosting is included. If you'd rather stay on your current host, we can usually work with that too.

What happens if my site goes down?

We monitor uptime and jump on issues quickly. Because we keep regular backups, we can restore your site fast if something goes wrong.

Do you support sites you didn't build?

In most cases, yes. We'll review your site first to make sure we can support it well.

What counts as an “edit”?

Updating text, swapping photos, adding a page or changing prices. Each plan includes a set number of edit hours per month.
